Merlen Bakehouse began with a simple belief — that something made by hand, with love, tastes different and matters more.

A small kitchen, a big dream

In 2026, in our own Orlando kitchen, our family started baking cinnamon rolls the way they were meant to be made — slow, from scratch, and never rushed. What began as weekend batches for people we loved quickly became something we pour our whole hearts into.
