Delivery

What is your delivery zone?

We currently deliver within the Greater Orlando area. Local pickup is also available — we’ll confirm the exact pickup location when you place your order. Not sure if we reach your neighborhood? Just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Ordering

How far in advance do I need to order?

For standard orders, we ask for at least 24–48 hours notice so we can bake everything fresh just for you. For larger catering orders, we require 4–7 days advance notice to give your event the care it deserves. The earlier, the better — especially on weekends!

Allergens

What are the allergens / ingredients?

Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and soy. Specific ingredient lists are available per item upon request. Please share any allergies when ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

Freshness

How fresh are the rolls when delivered?

Very fresh — that’s the Merlen promise. All of our rolls and pastries are baked to order and delivered the same day or the morning of your scheduled delivery. We never pre-bake and stockpile. What arrives at your door came out of the oven for you.

Events

Do you offer catering for events?

Absolutely! Merlen Bakehouse loves showing up for your special moments — corporate breakfasts, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, church events, and more. We’ll work with you to build a custom spread that fits your event size, theme, and taste. Reach out to us directly to start planning.

Groups

How do I order for a large group?

Large group orders are warmly welcomed! Simply contact us at least 4–7 days before your event with your headcount, preferred items, delivery date, and any dietary needs. We’ll put together a custom quote and walk you through everything from there. No order is too big — we scale with love.

Policy

What is your refund policy?

Because all of our products are made fresh to order, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled. However, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
